The Rising Stars Fall Tournament is both a basketball tournament and a fundraiser for Rising Stars of Baltimore. This tournament allows for both boys and girls teams and age groups Placeholder. Registration fee will be Placeholder$. There will be 2 games of guaranteed play and a day of bracket play. The winner of each age group will win Placeholder$.
